IT IS GIVE NOLA DAY AND WE NEED YOUR HELP TO RAISE $10,000 TO BUILD OUR SECOND ADA-ACCESSIBLE AFFORDABLE HOUSE!

Dear Bethlehem Family and Friends,
Today we need your help to raise $10,000 to build our second ADA-Accessible Affordable House. It is GIVE NOLA DAY, sponsored by the Greater New Orleans Foundation, in which the great work of non-profits and faith organiations in the city of New Orleans is celebrated with a one-day 24 hour giving event!

If you’re seeing this on Facebook it means you probably already know the impact Bethlehem is having on our neighborhood, city, and around the country through affordable housing, community table, and our bold faith in following Jesus to bring good news to those who are struggling. It also means that you are the core of who can help us meet our goal. There isn’t another group of people to raise this money from - we are it!

Our goal is to raise $10,000 today toward our affordable house! Our innovative partnership with the Tulane School of Architecture is allowing us to build beautiful, safe, and affordable housing that benefits the families who live in it as well as our entire neighborhood. This partnership also allows us to build well under the market rate. Unlike most affordable housing projects that take years to get off the ground, our first unit went from initial idea to finished construction in less than a year, and we’ve been able to fund it through the generosity of people like you across the country. This year’s house will cost less than $250,000, and we need to raise $10,000 more towards that goal today!
