This Pride Month, we celebrate the joy, resilience, and beauty of LGBTQIA+ communities.

In "The Q***r Beatitudes," Tim Atkins (also known as Sister Sweet Suffering Tea of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence) offers this blessing:

"Blessed are we, the whole q***r family,
for love is our birthright, and joy is our inheritance."

Join us this Sunday! This is an Invitation to Step into Experiential Awareness and Rest in Uncontrived Stillness. With any sitting practice, Stillness is at the heart of it. And in the heart of Stillness, is Silence. There is a sublime simplicity to it, and yet the experience tends to be elusive. For the most part, we are in a habitual pattern of distraction and chatter and unnecessary complexity so that when we do choose to sit, we find it hard to truly enter and rest in silent stillness. Today’s practice is an invitation to step into experiential awareness so that we might be present when moments of Silent Stillness arise.
