Cathy Larimer gave the Lighthouse Keepers report at the Congregational meeting which was held on Sunday, June 7. Lighthouse Keepers Michele Firestone, Emma Caverly, Shawn Loht, and Bill Rachal, committed to their jobs for this year as we enter hurricane season.

Community Church Unitarian Universalist is proud to be part of the Community Lighthouse Project with Together New Orleans.

This project works towards connecting 85 places in the community with solar power and backup batteries. These “lighthouses” help keep people safe and supported during power outages and disasters.
