A few pics from Sarah’s Golf Tournament on Oct 4th at the Club at Viniterra!! No one won the Silverado at the Hole in One Challenge! Thanks to all the sponsors of every type, and the generosity of all involved! We had a gorgeous day, and lots of fun, in celebrating the memory of Sarah, and continuing to help others through scholarships and building churches and Children’s Hope Centers!

Work is underway for the 11th Annual Sarah's Memorial Golf Tournament, to be held on Oct. 7th at the Club at Viniterra. There are only a few slots left for golf teams. Facebook matched our donations so we raised a total of $700 with our Giving Tuesday Fundraiser Effort. Thanks to all who have helped us in any way in the past. Last year's Golf Tournament was a huge success, and we are in the process of building two more churches and another Children's Hope Center in partnership with ICM this year. We also awarded another scholarship to a W&M Education major who plans to teach at the Middle School Level, and we plan to award scholarships to NKHS seniors who qualify this coming spring! Sarah would be thrilled of all that is being done in her memory!

What a gorgeous day, and tremendous response to our 10th Tournament! Thank you to all our Tournament sponsors, hole and prize sponsors, golfers and volunteers!! Special shout out to “our W&M girls”, who won the 50/50, and donated back $550. (Their portion!). Unfortunately, no one won the Chevy truck, donated by Ken Houtz Chevrolet. Will try to upload some pics, and others are invited to send tournament pics, as well!! Special thank you to Patrick Evelyn for his leadership and perseverance in holding this tournament each year. One friend reported to me that she saw “all smiles” the entire day, and how everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves for such a good cause!

Sarah's Memorial Golf Tournament is just one week away, to be held on Friday, 9-24-21 at The Club at Viniterra, New Kent Va. We still have room for two more golf teams! Anyone can contribute to this worthy cause, whether you play golf or not, Just send donations of any amount, made out to the Sarah Lindsey Gupta Charitable Trust, and mailed to Patrick Evelyn at 9245 Old Church Road, New Kent, Va 23124, or contact Patrick at (804) 971-8048. Proceeds provide scholarships to W&M education majors, studying to become future middle school teachers, New Kent High School Seniors, and in building churches and Children's Hope Centers in partnership with ICM. Prayers for a successful tournament!

We already have 29 teams registered, out of our limit of 30 , and are calling on all volunteers that are interested in helping.
