What a great time at the annual Element 26 Christmas party! We had a white elephant gift exchange that brought many laughs, ate some unhealthy snacks, and played a hilarious game of The Silent Challenge. We’re taking a week off for the holidays, but we’ll see everyone again in 2026!

What an amazing progressive dinner! 32 youth and 6 adults dressed to impress as we visited three different homes to enjoy appetizers, dinner, and dessert. A great evening of food and fellowship was had by all!

Another great youth group last night! We watched a portion of the first episode from Season 5 of The Chosen. We talked about the emotions, stress, and anxiety that Jesus was probably feeling leading up to his crucifixion and how that relates to us today. We also talked about how Jesus was in constant communication with his Heavenly Father and that we also have that same line of communication available to us.

We ended with the reintroduction of an Element 26 classic game, No Man’s Land, and some great conversations sitting together in the parking lot.

If you weren’t there, we missed you! If you were, we hope to see you again next week as we start our study on James!

A group of youth (and some siblings) got together this morning to help out Ruth Boose with some yard work. This year we’re going to focus on living out our faith and applying it outside of church and youth group. What a great way to practice by helping out one of our church members! Be on the lookout for future announcements for youth work days. We’re looking to do one in the fall and one in the spring, so if you’ve got a project or yard work that would be perfect for the youth, please let us know!
