Our devotional from last weeks message! We had out very own Laura Reed-L speak about overcoming fear. As well as reminding us to give our fears/anxieties to God.

We all have had times when fear prevented us from moving forward or doing things that need to be done. Let’s give our fears to God this week, and put our trust in Him knowing that only He can carry us through it.

Studies show that prayer brings peace and renewal, but more importantly, Jesus invites us to find true rest in Him:

We started our weekend volunteering with Propel Church at Filling in the Blanks, making a difference together! Then we celebrated at revival night at Yale, filled with worship and inspiration. Grateful for our amazing community!

As you all know, we have our Carry The Love event this Thursday from 5-8 in the auditorium. We want people to be reached with the gospel. We want to encourage our fellow Christians on campus. But it won't be our own efforts that results in salvation of the lost, only God can save. So join us these days before the event in ferverent prayer! That God will come mightily with his spirit

As the semester comes to a close I want to encourage you to continue to seek Jesus! Do not starve your spirit from the wisdom and love of God while you wait for Spring semester, or even Sunday. FEED YOUR SPIRT. Fellowship, spend time studying The Word, pray, and worship. The Father loves too spend time with his kids

I also want remind you that your grades do not define you, God calls you by name and knew you before you were even formed in your mothers womb. Do not be discouraged!

And sometimes no answer is a answer. Just like when Jesus was in the garden praying for the Father to take the cup from His hands. He didn’t get a response.
