Hudson Valley United Reformed Church

Hudson Valley United Reformed Church Hudson Valley United Reformed Church is located in New Hampton, NY. We are a group of Christians reaching out to the world, and spreading the gospel.

Our name Hudson Valley means that we recognize our identity in the local community to proclaim and live the gospel of Jesus Christ. Christ has given us the responsibility to bring the saving message of his great love to our neighbors and all that we come in contact with. Our name United Reformed means that we owe a debt of gratitude to the Protestant Reformation for what we believe and how we live

. We believe that God saves sinners based on his grace alone. As believers we confess Jesus Christ both as our Savior from sin and the Lord or our lives. Our congregation is also part of a federation of churches known as the United Reformed Churches of North America. This body of churches exist to maintain our unity in faith and to serve the well-being of our local congregation. Our name Church means that our congregation stands united in one common bond of faith. Our congregation recognizes Jesus Christ as the only Head of His church. Every aspect of our church identity - our worship, government, teaching, fellowship - is governed by God’s infallible word, the Bible.

Thank you all for praying for me! God is so good and has answered our prayers!! The visit was really good and encouraging. Doctors are really happy with my blood work and said this month I should have a better appetite and feel my strength coming back with less fatigue! We learned that we still need to wait 2 more months for them to reassess the myeloma. But the free kappa serum labs show that I am down to 15.4 (within normal limits for the first time) which is the lowest since last June when it was up to 2809. I'm so happy! Nancy and I were in tears riding home and just so thankful we have a mighty God who answers our prayers when we pray in faith!!

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21

Dear Friends & Family,

On Thursday the 22nd, I will be traveling to the city to meet with my doctors and have follow-up blood work completed. This marks nearly one month since I was discharged from the hospital after receiving my stem cell transplant.

I humbly ask for your continued prayers—that the blood work shows favorable results, demonstrating a deep and positive response from my immune system. Please pray that my immune system is growing strong and healthy, producing new cells that are cancer-free.

Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and constant support. They mean more than words can express!
