Plumsted Presbyterian Church We are a welcoming congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) - ALL are welcome - NO exceptions - we worship Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. Worship at 11 a.m.

in the sanctuary - until the 2nd Sunday in June when we worship at 10 a.m. on the 1st floor (with A/C). on Sunday's, most of the year. Summer Worship is at 10 a.m. - specific dates announced each year in early summer.

This Sunday was a special day for our congregation. We were lead in worship by our friend Reverend David Bowman. His message reminded us to love unconditionally, to love sacrificially and to love practically. Of all things love is what is ultimately important. And quoting the great Dionne Warwick, “What the world needs now is love, sweet love. No, not for some but for everyone.”

A time of fellowship followed worship and we settled in for our annual congregational meeting. We elected new officers and committee members and dismissed the old with many thanks. Our morning concluded with the ordination and installation of deacons and elders and the laying on of hands. Our church is small but our hearts are filled with overwhelming love, acceptance and faith to keep going and growing. Here are a few pictures from the ordination and installation service.

Don’t forget! Tomorrow we start our summer hours. Worship begins at 10 a.m. The annual congregation meeting follows worship with a brief time of fellowship.

On Sunday, June 28, 2026, worship starts at 10 a.m., and will be lead by Reverend David Bowman. The annual congregational meeting follows immediately with a time for fellowship. If you are able please bring a snack to share. This Sunday begins our summer hours. 

Hall set up and prep for the congregational meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

As elders, deacons, teachers and congregants, we welcome children to our church to learn about God, prayer, compassion, forgiveness and to become part of a community of faith as they become adults. But some days the children teach us. Children’s Day and Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21, 2026. Thank you Miss Stacy for guiding our children each Sunday morning. And thank you Miss Karla for leading today’s worship service.
