# # # **Caretaker Government:**

- **Purpose:**

A caretaker government in Bangladesh is specifically designed to oversee the country during the transition period between the dissolution of one parliament and the election of the next. Its primary responsibility is to ensure that national elections are conducted fairly, freely, and impartially.

- **Composition:**

The caretaker government is usually composed of non-partisan individuals, often led by a former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court as the Chief Adviser, who acts similarly to a Prime Minister.
- **Mandate:** The caretaker government is meant to be neutral, ensuring that no political party in power can influence the election process. The caretaker system was established through the 13th Amendment to the Constitution of Bangladesh in 1996.

- **Duration:**

POINTS TO PONDER
আরবের জনগন কি আরবি ভাষা কম বুঝে আমাদের চেয়ে ? তাহলে ঐ সমস্ত দেশে মাওলানা ও আল্লামা, নামের পূর্বে লিখেনা কেন ?
আপনি জানেন কি ? মাওলানা শব্দের অর্থ কি ? মাওলানা কাকে বলা যায় ??
মাওলানা কথাটির বাংলা অর্থ হল - "আমাদের প্রভু"। মাওলা + আনা = মাওলানা। মাওলা শব্দের অর্থ হলো খোদা আর আনা শব্দের অর্থ হলো আমাদের /আমি।
এই কথাটি সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহ পবিত্র কোরআনে নয়টি স্থানে ব্যবহার করেছেন যার অর্থ- "আমাদের প্রভু" ।
দুনিয়ার কোন নবী , রাসূলগন তাঁদর নামের পূর্বে "মাওলানা" কথাটি ব্যবহার করেন নাই ।
যেমন - মাওলানা হযরত আদম (আঃ) , মাওলানা ইব্রাহীম (আঃ) , মাওলানা মূসা (আঃ) , মাওলানা ঈসা (আঃ) ,মাওলানা মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ।
এমনকি রাসূলের (সাঃ) কোন সাহাবী তাদের নামের পূর্বে এই কথাটি ব্যবহার করেন নাই । যেমন - মাওলানা হযরত আবু বকর , মাওলানা হযরত ওমর, মাওলানা হযরত ওসমান ইত্যাদি।
এছাড়াও হাদিস সংকলনকারীদের কেউ যেমন -
মাওলানা বোখারী , মাওলানা মুসলিম , মাওলানা তিরমিজি ।
আবার কোন মাযহাবের ইমামদের নামের পূর্বে যেমন -
মাওলানা হানাফী , মাওলানা শাফেয়ী , মাওলানা হাম্বলী , মাওলানা মালেকী নাই ।
বাংলার জমিনে সর্বপ্রথম যারা অক্লান্ত চেষ্টা ও সাধনার মাধ্যমে ইসলাম ধর্ম প্রচার করলেন তাদের নামের পূর্বে যেমন -
হজরত শাহজালাল , হজরত শাহপরান , হজরত খান জাহান আলী তাদের নামের সাথেও মাওলানা উপাধিটি নাই ।
তাহলে কে বা কারা এই উপাধির প্রচলন করলেন যেকানে ‘মাওলানা" টাইটেলটা আল্লার কোন নবী , কোন রাসূল ব্যবহার করলেন না , কোন সাহাবী , কোন ইমাম , কোন অলি আউলিয়া ব্যবহার করলেন না ??
অপ্রিয় হলেও সত্যি ۔এই উপাধি দেয়া শুরু করেন খ্রিস্টান রা !!
সেই থেকে এই মাওলানা উপাধীটি বেবহার করে আসছেন বর্তমান জামানার মোল্লারা ।
তারা কি আমাদের প্রভু বা আমাদের খোদা ?
এর চেয়ে বড় শিরক আর কি হতে পারে ?
এবার দেখা যাক কোথা থেকে আমদানী হইল এই মাওলানা খেতাব ।
১৭৮২ সালে বৃটিশ শাসন আমলে সর্বপ্রথম প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় কলিকাতা আলিয়া মাদ্রাসা । দুই কান খুলে আরও জেনে নিন যে , ইসলামি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রথম প্রিন্সিপাল থেকে শুরু করে ক্রমান্বয়ে ২৬ জন ১০০ বছর প্রিন্সিপাল ছিল খিষ্টান । এই প্রিন্সিপালবৃন্দ সকলেই খ্রীষ্ট ধর্মের লোক ছিলেন । কেউই মুসলিম ছিলেন না ।
অর্থাৎ ইসলাম ধর্মের সার্টিফিকেট দিচ্ছেন অন্য ধর্মের ব্যক্তিগন ! ওখান থেকে পাস করলে মোল্লাদের দেওয়া হয় "মাওলানা" খেতাব । পরবর্তীতে ১৮৩৭ সালে এদের শাসন আমলেই প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় দেওবন্দ মাদ্রাসা ।
অন্য ধর্মালম্বী হয়ে তারা লক্ষ লক্ষ ডলার খরচ করেছে ইসলাম ধর্মের জন্য ? বাহ কি চমৎকার জনদরদী খ্রীষ্টানরা। ধর্ম শিখলাম খ্রীষ্টানদের কাছ থেকে আর আমরা হলাম মুসলিম ????
আসুন নিজে কোরআন পড়ে বাংলা অর্থ জানি,,হাদিস পড়ে বাংলা অর্থ জানি,, কাউকে ভাড়া করে দোয়া করার জন্য আনতে হবেনা। শিরক থেকে বাঁচুন।সময় থাকতে সত্য মিথ্যা যাচাই করি আর প্রকৃত মুসলিম হওয়ার চেষ্টা করি ۔۔আল্লাহ সবাইকে সঠিক বুঝদান করুক ۔

'বয়কট মুভমেন্ট একটা অন্যরকম জায়গায় পৌঁছে গেছে। গতকাল রাতে কোল্ড ড্রিংস কিনতে গিয়ে দেখি মোজো সহ সব দেশী প্রোডাক্ট সোল্ড আউট। কোক স্প্রাইট অনেক আছে, কিন্তু বিক্রি খুবই কম। পরে খুঁজে এক দোকানে আরসি আর নতুন একটা ব্র‍্যান্ড পাইলাম, মোড়কটা দেখতে কোকের মতো। দোকানদার যখন দিতেসিলো, বললাম ভাই কোক দিয়েন না। দোকানদার বললো কোক, পেপসি রাখি না; এইটা পারটেক্সের।

আর দাদাদের প্রোডাক্টের অবস্থা যে কোন সুপার শপে গেলেই বুঝবেন। দাদাদের চিহ্নিত সব পণ্যে খালি অফার আর অফার। আমাদের ফ্যামিলি বুঝ হওয়ার পর থেকে দেখছি রূপচাঁদা সয়াবিন তেল খায়। কোনো দোকানে রূপচাঁদা না থাকলে আমরা দুই চার দোকান খুঁজে রূপচাঁদা বের করতাম। রূপচাঁদা আমি জীবনে কখনো ছাড় দিয়ে বেচতে দেখি নাই। কয়েকদিন আগে স্বপ্নে গিয়ে দেখি রূপচাঁদায় ছাড় আর রুপচাঁদা বাদে কিছু নাই(স্বপ্ন ইচ্ছে করেই হয়তো রূপচাঁদা বাদে কিছু রাখে নাই)। পরে সয়াবিন না কিনে ফিরে আসছি, অন্য দোকান থেকে পুষ্টি নিসি।

মজলুমদেরও পক্ষেও অনেক সময় একতাবদ্ধ হয়ে শক্তিশালী প্রতিবাদ করা সম্ভব। বয়কটে কিছুই হবে না, অথবা আমি একা না কিনলে কি যাবে আসবে; এই ধারণা থেকে বের হয়ে আসুন। আপনি, আমি মিলেই কোটি মানুষ। চলমান বয়কট আন্দোলন অনেক হিসেব নিকেশ চেঞ্জ করে দিবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস। আপনাকে খুব বড় কোনো ঝুঁকি নিতে কেউ বলছে না। জীবনের ঝুঁকি নিয়ে মিছিল, মিটিং করতে হবে না, আন্দোলনে গিয়ে গুম, খুন হতে হবে না। শুধু একটু দেখে কিনুন। যারা আপনার অধিকারকে রুদ্ধ করে কিংবা আপনার ভাইয়ের বুকে গুলি চালায় তাদের কাউরে ফাইন্যান্স করতেসেন কি না, এই হিসাব মিলিয়ে কিনুন।'

চারিপাশে চোখ বুলিয়ে দ্যাখো, প্রকৃতি কতো কোমল ও বিনয়ী। পার্থিব মায়াজাল থেকে বেড়িয়ে তুমি চাইলেই পারো সিজদায় গিয়ে নিজেকে বিশ্রাম দিতে। মানুষের ষড়যন্ত্রে দৃষ্টিপাত কোরো না। নিজের লালসার লাগাম টেনে ধরো মাটি তোমাকে গ্রাস করে নেবার পূর্বেই। তুমি কি জানো না? মানুষের পদতলে পার্থিব সমস্ত সুখের গালিচা বিছিয়ে দিলেও তাদের অন্তর প্রশান্ত হয় না। অতৃপ্ত অন্তর যেনো কৃষ্ণগহ্বরের থেকেও ভয়ংকর!

রবের দাসত্বে যে আনন্দ তুমি পাবে সে আনন্দকে কখনোই পার্থিব ভোগের সাথে তুলনা করতে পারবে না।
অতএব, যদি এখনো তুমি বাঁচার স্বাদ আস্বাদন করে থাকো, তবে রমাদানের স্নিগ্ধ সুন্দর সুযোগকে কাজে লাগিয়ে হৃদয়ে আমলের বাগান তৈরি করো। অন্তরস্থ যে অদৃশ্য বাগান দৃশ্যমান হবে জান্নাতুল ফেরদৌসে!

"এক মহিলা খুব নামাজ পড়ে। রোজা রাখে। দান-সদকাও করে। কিন্তু কথা বলার সময় খোঁচা মেরে কথা বলে। কষ্ট দেয়। এমন মহিলার ব্যাপারে আপনার কী অভিমত ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ?
: সে জাহান্নামি!
আরেক মহিলা কোনো মতো ফরজ ইবাদতগুলো করে। অল্পই দান-সদকার সামর্থ্য রাখে। কিন্তু সে কাউকে খোঁচা মেরে কথা বলে না। এ মহিলার ব্যাপারে আপনার কী অভিমত ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ?
: সে জান্নাতি!

অথচ আজকাল ঠেস দিয়ে কথা বলাটা একটা 'যোগ্যতা' জ্ঞান করা হয়। আমরা যতটা ভালো মুসলিম তার জীবন্ত সাক্ষী আমাদের স্বভাব-চরিত্র।"

"An individual, especially a woman, who devoutly prays, observes fasting, and gives to charity, but when it comes to speaking, uses hurtful words and causes pain, for such a person, what is your opinion, O Messenger of Allah? Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) replied, 'She is in Hell.'

On the other hand, another woman who performs obligatory worship, is not very generous in giving to charity, but never harms anyone with her words, what is your opinion, O Messenger of Allah? Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) replied, 'She is in Paradise.

However, nowadays, the act of speaking hurtful words is considered a 'qualification.' We should remember that our character and behavior are essential aspects of being a good Muslim."
