LOST AND FOUND

-When we pray, we pray to a God who hears us.
-Luke 15 (3 parables: The Lost Sheep, The Lost Coin, and The Lost Son)
-These parables reveal the abundant love of the Triune God.
-The extravagant love of God through His son Jesus brings Grace and Mercy and takes away our condemnation, guilt, and shame.
-Isaiah 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray.
-Even when you wander off, God comes looking for you.
-God attains the things that we are unable to. We need to trust this Good Shepherd.
-The Holy Spirit lights up your way and lifts up your head when you are lost. The Holy Spirit is available for you.
-It is easy to fall into the thought process of self-righteousness, self-justification, and self-reliance.
-When we come to God, He is letting us know that He loves us unconditionally and wants to reconnect with us as His child.
-The love of Jesus is not something we need to work for.
