We had a wonderful outdoor 5th Sunday Service together with our churches in Partnership this Sunday. We kicked off the Season of Creation with a wonderful sermon by Reverend Kimberlee Law. She encouraged us to review the "Life in Faith" page on the Episcopal Church in Colorado website (https://episcopalcolorado.org/honoring-protecting-creation/) and explore ways that each of us and our congregations can make a positive difference to the Earth:
- Changing Hearts through Formation
- Cultivation Love & Giving Thanks
- Restoring Land & Healthy Food Systems
- Acknowledging the Wholeness of the Community of Creation
- Embracing Change & Choices for the Common Good
- Increasing Our Impact through Advocacy

Our fearless leader, Reverend Kimberly, completed the LG triathlon this weekend. She was in the top 3 finishers in her age group! Congratulations!

St John’s will be participating in the New Castle Community Yard Sale tomorrow, Saturday May 2, from 9-12. Stop by for some great deals on tools, yard equipment, kitchen items, and general household items. All proceeds will be benefit St John’s Church.
