Join us Sunday, September 20th, as we celebrate the community of our church. Wouldn’t it be great if everybody who calls Mt. Zion home, comes to worship on the same Sunday at 10:30a?

The fun doesn’t end after the service. Come back to the church at 6p for an outdoor Ice Cream Social in our parking lot and enjoy the amazing musical talents and testimonies of some of our people. Bring your lawn chair and a friend.

Our Young Adult Ministry (YAM) is hosting a Pancake Breakfast this Sunday. Join us for this time of food and fellowship!

All proceeds from the freewill offering will help fund their trip to the Passion Conference this December.

No regular Sunday School on this day.

A little story for you and something to celebrate . . .
This past Sunday in Elementary Kids Church, we were done with our lesson and activities a bit early. Some did want us to continue our study in Esther (which I love), but I left them hanging a bit with what happens next.
I gave them a bit of free time before we did a closing activity. We had a few guests this day. I was getting ready to ask them to cleanup so we could do a group activity, but I noticed all the boys were in a group talking and all the girls were chatting over drawing. There was just something special seeing them connect across ages. schools, and backgrounds and that not a single child was off on their own. Needless to say, I let the moment linger until church was over.
