Praise and Deliverance Outreach Ministry Word of God, Love and Praise At the age of 12, God called Pastor Howard L. Taylor and it was a calling that Pastor Taylor knew he could not get away from.

At the age of 13 Pastor accepted that calling to preach the Good News. The first thing He noticed was that it was of God and that the calling of God was first operated out of love; that start on the inside and manifested itself on the outside between himself and orders. According to the word, make your calling an election sure, so before he step out to speak physically he had to get further instru

ctions from his leader. Today he has been in ministry preaching the word of God over 30 years because he knew the voice of God.
