The presence of Jesus doesn’t mean there will be no storm.

Sometimes God doesn’t keep you from the fire, He meets you in it. He doesn’t always keep you out of the den, He shuts the lions’ mouths in it.

So when the storm comes, don’t panic.

The same God who was with Daniel in the den, who stood with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fire, is with you in your storm.

You may not be spared from the storm, but you will never face it alone.

Rest. Trust Him. He is still in the boat. 🤍🙏🏻

Everything we have is temporary, but God is not. We can lose possessions, opportunities, plans, and even seasons we once thought would last forever—but when God remains, we still have a reason to hope.

Our confidence was never meant to come from what we possess. It comes from knowing that the One who provided before is still faithful today. If everything else changes, He remains.

God is enough. And He will always be enough. 🙏🏻🤍

What you worship in waiting becomes what you rely on in weakness.

Be careful not to build what God never asked you to carry. A “golden calf” is often just impatience dressed up as progress—something we create when God feels silent, but we still want control.

But anything we build outside of His will may look secure for a moment, yet it cannot save us, sustain us, or speak back in the storm.

Don’t trade the presence of God for something you can control. 🙏🏻🤍

We had a great night of fellowship! Thank you to Chris Duke for the amazing worship music and to Pastor John McCrumman for a message that convicted us all.
