I wanted to share an example of our SPARK notes page. As a child my mom helped me take notes so I could better absorb the message. That’s the goal. Today Trace helped me draw the picture, but I challenge our older kiddos to use this template.

Something new happened tonight, Trace begged to do day 6 also since we forgot last night. Seeing him excited for this small devotional made me so excited for his future. I pray he continues to feel this hunger!
Carter practiced praying when he gets mad. Something we will continue to do I’m sure.

Tonight Carter struggled with this concept, but I’m sure he will identify with tomorrow night’s devo 😆 stay tuned.
My goal with this is to start conversations with my boys. So far we’ve all enjoyed it.

Tonight’s conversation was a good one with Trace as he much prefers to be with other people. Carter enjoys playing alone so this didn’t resonate with him as much.
Each boy asked to pray their own prayer rather than the one given. Just a reminder that devotionals may not be perfect, but they are a guide.

Today’s party was fuuuuuuun!
I can’t thank my hosts enough… Abel and Armida hit it out of the park! Thank you to our special helpers Craig and Kim!
I was so sad to miss most of it, but Kimber needed the rest at home.
