📣📣 CALLING ALL NEW TREE OF LIFERS!!

If you're new to Tree, we want to invite you to our Guest Cookout on Sunday, September 13th! This is one of our senior pastor's favorite event, so join us from 5:30-7:30 PM outside Room 202 to come meet the team and pastors, as well as take a tour, enjoy free food, giveaways, and more!

During our Back to School Blessing service this past Sunday, Pastor Don preached out of Psalm 127:1;3-5. He explained that when we look at that scripture, we see that children are like arrows and adults are like archers who are meant to carefully shape the arrow with intentionality so they’re released into the world with God’s vision, destiny, and purpose for their lives.

Psalm 127:1;3-5
1 Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
3 Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. 4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. 5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.

What powerful services we had this Sunday for our Back to School Blessing. Our pastors and team had the opportunity to anoint and pray over 546 students and school faculty for the 2026–2027 school year! Please continue to pray for safety, protection, provision, and a great year at school for all.

The whole month of August was also a wonderful celebration that marked 45 years as a church whose mission continues to be connecting all people to the life, love, and power of Jesus!

Thank you, Tree family, for continuing to show your love, prayer, generosity, and serving for the last 45 years and more to come! 🌳💚

If you need a reminder today, here it is: God is not tired of loving you.
The love of God won't disappear when you struggle, or weaken when you fall short. His love remains faithful through every season of your life. ❤️

Lamentations 3:22-24

We're so excited for church tomorrow and there's a lot going on that we want you to be part of!

-Back to School Blessing: We'll pray over and anoint all students and school faculty, plus after services there will be FREE hot dogs, chips, snow cones and bounce houses.
-Last day of Group Link: Stop by our tables in the main lobby to learn more about each group and sign up if you'd like to be a part! If you want to lead a group and find more information, make sure to register for our Small Group Leader Orientation online at treeoflifechurch.org/groups.
-Special 45th Anniversary giveaway: Available in the main lobby after both services.
-Limited & temporary Missions Cafe menu: Breakfast options (before 11:15AM) are tacos and breakfast bowls. Beginning 11:15AM, we'll offer concession food such as nachos, corn in a cup, pickles, etc.

Services are at 9 & 11 AM, which will be family services and Children’s Ministry will be available for ages 0-4 years old. See you soon, Tree family! ✝️

Group Link began this past Sunday and we're so excited for so many who signed up to be part of a Tree Group! If you didn't get the chance to stop by, make sure you visit our tables set out in the main lobby for info THIS Sunday, August 30th, as it's our last day to talk with group leaders.

Did you also know that you have the ability to lead a group? We'll hold a Small Group Leader Orientation on Wednesday, September 2nd, at 7:00 PM in our Main Lobby! Registration to attend is on our website, treeoflifechurch.org/groups.

Please join us in praying for Nepal. On Wednesday, Nepal was hit with a flash flood that resulted in massive loss of life and property. Our hearts are broken with the news of all the devastation. All of our Tree of Life Nepal pastors are accounted for, but there are reports of missing congregants and one confirmed loss of life.

Father, we pray that those who are lost would be found. We also pray for comfort as the rescue efforts continue. God, bring protection to those who begin work to clean up and we ask that you be provision to all those affected.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13
