Cub Scout Pack 403

Cub Scout Pack 403 Cub Scouting is "Fun with a Purpose" and Pack 403 is proud to serve the young men of the Redbank Valley area.

Pack 403 is chartered by New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. We serve both boys and girls of the Redbank Valley area in grades K through 5th. We meet every Monday night at 630pm at New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, with Pack meetings occuring every third Monday night of the month. I noticed a lot of new views to the page and wanted to give an update.
Cub Scout Pack 403 is not currently having meetings. No one has stepped up to help out. For the last 3 years it has been kept afloat by 4 people. Despite countless efforts to recruit help, leaders could not get more help. One leader stepped down this year and in August ( after an ER trip in May and testing all summer) I was diagnosed with a mass in my Colon. I have had since had surgery to have it removed and am taking oral treatment. I am not back on my feet yet and 2 people can not run the pack and troop. It is sad to see the decline in enrollment and the lack of Interest in helping. Scouting is a family organization and requires such. My son will age out in July and I will officially be stepping down. If no one steps up to take over by December, the Pack will not be rechartered in January. Thank you to everyone who has supported our group in the past.
