At River Bend we participate in a blend of contemporary and traditional worship. This includes:
~Lifting of Hands (1st Timothy 2:8)
~Clapping of Hands (Psalm 47:1)
~Standing to Sing and Praise our Lord (2nd Chronicles 20:19)
~Worshipping through music with several kinds of instruments (Psalm 150: 3-6)

Please pray for Myanmar! A 7.7 earthquake has taken many lives and caused so much damage in this poor, war-torn country. Carson Mission Church is a part of our church and our brothers and sisters in Christ are from Myanmar (formerly Burma). Communication is difficult with phones and internet systems damaged. Our CMC friends have families there and are no doubt finding it difficult to know the status of loved ones. Let's all pray for God to help these people, both here and back in their homeland.

We had an amazing day at River Bend Fellowship! Five people became Members by Baptism today. After the Baptisms, we enjoyed a Family Dinner. God has blessed our Church beyond anything we could imagine. Thank you, Lord!
