What a blessing to see these give their lives to the Lord and start fresh. From death to Life! Thank you to Herbert Wiggers and Perry County Rehab's House for caring for those in prison and in recovery. Also thank you to our amazing county officials that allow this to happen in the jail. Most of all thank you to God for what he does in transforming people's lives!!!
