Last night we started a new series titled “Unlabled,” where we talked about Labels, and how the world may place labels and man-made identities upon us, but these titles hold no weight to the identity we have in God our Father! 🚫🏷️

Near the end of the lesson an illustration was presented using a mirror, and each student came up and wrote a label that the world has placed on them.

Something we were reminded of last night: the labels that the world places over us can be loud, and they can be scary, but they aren’t true. When you see and hear the labels, the OPINIONS, that are written by the world, don’t forget to look past them and notice what is in the reflection that was created BEFORE the labels! 🪞

You are NOT your mistakes, NOT your past, NOT what people say about you, and NOT what the world wants you to be. Let us remind ourselves today, and every day, that we are Fearfully and Wonderfully made, we are His Workmanship, created in Christ for GOOD WORKS — Children of God who have received the Spirit of Adoption! Those labels the world places on us may be heavy, but they’re beyond false when we look at the TRUTH in who God has called us to be! ❤️‍🔥

Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ today!

Ephesians 2:10 - “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” ✝️

Tomorrow night, we’re starting our new series - “UNLABELED” ‼️
Join us as we begin to discuss the labels the world has placed on us vs. the identity which God has given us! ❤️‍🔥
Bring a friend or two, worship starts at 6:30! Let’s enter into the presence of the LORD and receive what we can learn from His Word, together! 🤝✝️

John 1:12-13 - “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
