We have the sweetest kids at Forward! Each one is loved and celebrated every day. Partnering with parents to lead them to the Lord is so important and such an honor.

This week in Propel Middle, we brainstormed the qualities /characteristics of water. Water is a liquid, it is wet, it can cool you off and even put out a fire. These are the aspects of water that are true to its identity. As Christ followers, we have an identity too.

We have an essential nature that should be recognized by others. When people see a glass of water, they know what to expect. When people see us, they should also know what to expect. Like kindness, compassion, love for others, etc. Those are some of the things that identify us as Christ followers.

The glass of water was their weekly challenge, to let others see Christ through them. Be sure to talk with your middle schooler this week to see how they are doing with the challenge!
