Victory Church is deeply saddened by the passing of Sister Penny Carter.

While our hearts grieve this loss, we take comfort in knowing that she is now in the presence of the Lord she faithfully loved and served.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 12:00 PM–2:00 PM at Victory Church in New Albany, with the funeral service immediately following at 2:00 PM.

We ask everyone to continue lifting the Carter family up in prayer during this difficult time. Thank you to all who have already shown love, support, and kindness through messages and prayers.

In honor of Sister Penny’s wishes, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in lieu of flowers.
