Our Blessed Mother spoke these words to St. Juan Diego to calm his fears about what he should say to his bishop and what to do about a sick uncle. Mary so arranged things that the uncle recovered, the bishop listened, and, ultimately, more than eight million people in Mexico converted. Mary, may we seek you and rest in your maternal care here at Holy Family.

Who is your best friend?

Aristotle notes that there are three types of friends: those of utility, pleasure, and virtue. In the Christian understanding, truly virtuous friendship continues into heaven because the two people have spurred each other on to holiness.
