We see families spending time together in each of these pictures. However, at the end of the day the one on the right is the only one that will make a difference.
Sports, in the right place are fine. Sadly in America, ball has become Baal! If your kids make the team, but never hear the truth, you have missed it! If they learn all the signals, but are never taught the scriptures, you have missed it! If you take them all over the country but never get them to Christ you have missed it. Dear parents, pray over your children, take them to church, and point them to Jesus!! Getting them in to Heaven is of utmost importance!
Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
