Congratulations to Katey Hawkins for graduating 7th in the Community High School Class of 2026!!!!!

We are just ONE WEEK away from CHS Graduation! Today, we celebrate #7 in the Class of 2026, Kathryn Hawkins!

Kathryn has been a member of the CHS Mighty Braves Band, TAFE, FCCLA, and NHS. Her favorite class in high school has been history and her favorite teacher was Mr. Schmidt. When asked about her favorite high school memory, Kathryn said "all of the band and TAFE competitions throughout the years."

Kathryn will be attending Texas A&M University and majoring in Political Science.

When asked about the future, Kathryn said that in 10 years, "I see myself with a family and a career relating to politics or law."

Congradulations Jayden Hale! Graduating 8th in the Community High School Class of 2026!

There are only 8 more days until Graduation Day! Today, we celebrate #8 in the Class of 2026, Jayden Hale!

Jayden has been a member of the Mighty Braves Marching Band all 4 years of high school. He said that his favorite class has been Science and his favorite teacher is Mr. Kurzweil. When asked about his favorite memory, Jayden said, "My favorite high school memory was when we made Area finals for marching band in my freshman year."

Jayden is headed to East Texas A&M University to study Music Education.

When asked about the future, Jayden said that "In 10 years, I hope to be an assistant director at a large high school in Texas that composes and performs on the side. I want to start a family and keep God at the center of it all."
