We hosted our annual Faith & Feathers youth pheasant yesterday (Oct. 26) and we could not have asked the Lord for a more beautiful day! We had 36 youth hunters that participated in yesterday’s activities!
We would like to thank all the men and women who volunteered their time to come serve the youth of our community. From the morning sign in, to those who shuttle the kids around on the side by sides, to the hands that prepare the lunch, and let’s not forget about our dog handlers and their incredible working dogs! It takes a lot of manpower to make an event of this size run as smoothly and safely as it does. We could not pull this day off without each and every one of you, so we say THANK YOU! 🙏
We would also like to thank our local conservation agent Shawn Pennington, and the Missouri Department of Conservation for allowing us to use their clay pigeon trailer. They are so supportive of our mission every year!
We would like to thank Josh Smith for delivering the message yesterday. Josh spoke about our changing world, and the evils that our youth have to endure every single day in this world. But even though we are constantly attacked, beaten down, mocked, and ridiculed by the broken world, WE HAVE HOPE IN JESUS! We have hope that this world isn’t it, God has something bigger planned for us if we choose to accept Jesus as our savior! So thank you Josh once again!
Each of us in Faith & Feathers are incredibly thankful for this opportunity to be able to host this event each and every year! We are just a group of men who love Jesus and the outdoors. Who want to share both with as many people as we can!
