Congratulations to Mason Murphy who was awarded the Good Citizenship Award at Tamaqua Elementary School! The award is recognized by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and signed by Senator David Argall and is given to two fifth grade students each year who have demonstrated qualities of good citizenship through display of character, leadership, scholarship and acceptance of responsibility. Congratulations Mason - we are so proud of you! ☦️

This Saturday two of our parishioners were given the honor of being Grand Marshalls of the America 250 and Nesquehoning 202 parade! Mary Stockmal is 102 and is the oldest resident of Nesquehoning and John Glovatsky is the oldest man in Nesquehoning. They were carried in a beautiful horse drawn carriage from Leiby’s Carriage Service through town along with family members. We are so blessed to have such wonderful people in our church family! Thank you to everyone in Nesquehoning for planning such a fabulous event! 💙🇺🇸❤️

Please Note: On Sunday, June 14th there will be no church services in Nesquehoning. There will be Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas in Lansford at 10:00 AM. Everyone is encouraged to attend Lansford that day. Please do not come to Nesquehoning. ☦️
