There will be a Back to School Prayer Service planning meeting this afternoon (Tuesday, July 21) at 2 p.m. at the church.

Everybody make plans this Sunday to join us after church in the fellowship hall to eat some cake and briefly recognize those young members of the GUMC congregation who are graduating from various steps in their educational journeys. Honorees are:

Gracie Gresens - Eastern Illinois University

Ripley Peterson - Neoga High School

Harper Mast- Neoga Junior High

Mackenzie White - Neoga Junior High

Nash Strobl - Neoga Preschool

Will Robinson - Neoga Preschool

ALL are welcome, not just the families of those being recognized. Show these kids a little love for their achievement ... and make sure no members of the Children's Ministries committee are trying to send their kids home with a bunch of extra cake.
