Lord, today is another day that You have made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. Today, I ask for peace in people's hearts and communities affected by fear or superstition. I also ask for the youth to find joy in wholesome activities rather than harmful activities. Let Your perfect love shine down on those still walking in darkness, that they may come to know You. Bring laughter and joy to the children, and always let me have a child-like heart before You. I Love You, Jesus. Amen.

Lord, thank You that You know and love me. Thank You for being a friend who sticks closer to me than the air I breathe. Thank You for joy, laughter, sorrow, and pain. Thank You for the life lessons that have served to bring me closer to You. Thank You for never giving up on me. Thank You for saving me from myself. I love You and I need You more every day. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
