A little midweek reminder from your New Way family. ❤️

You don't have to be the loudest person in the room to make a difference. You don't have to have all the answers to encourage someone. And you don't have to feel completely confident to do something God has put in front of you.

Sometimes faith looks like showing up, helping out, making the call, or taking one small step when you'd rather stay comfortable.

Small acts of faithfulness matter.

You don't have to be extraordinary to let God work through you.

Sometimes the hardest voice to silence is our own.
But just because a thought is familiar doesn't mean it's true.

Stop introducing yourself by your weakness.

Yesterday, we talked about Gideon, a man who saw all the reasons he wasn't the right person for the job. He saw weakness. God saw a warrior.

It's easy to let our insecurities become our identity. We tell ourselves we're not talented enough, strong enough, experienced enough, or good enough.

But what if God sees more in you than you see in yourself?
You don't have to have it all figured out to take the next step.

Stop introducing yourself by your weakness when God introduces you by your purpose.

It's Wednesday. The week is moving, the to-do list is still there, and Sunday might feel like a long time ago. But faith isn't just something we practice for an hour on Sunday.

It's how we show up for our families. How we treat people at work. How we respond when life gets stressful. How we trust God when we don't have all the answers.

Little steps of faith still count.
