We all seek peace. God is the only giver of it, though.

We all seek peace. God is the only giver of it, though.

Anxious striving has a particular rhythm — fast, fragmented, exhausting. We rush ahead, second-guess, double back, and somehow end the day more depleted than when we began. There has to be another way.

There is. When we stop demanding our own timeline and start trusting God's, something shifts. We don't move slower exactly — we move with Him. Our steps fall in sync with a wisdom larger than our own, and the journey transforms from a frantic sprint into a purposeful walk. Peace isn't found in arriving. It's found in walking with the One who knows the way.

Where do you need to slow down and step in time with Him today?

Yes, it does.
05/29/2026

Yes, it does.

I choose Jesus…not because faith makes life perfect, but because life without Him left me empty. 🤎

His presence brings a kind of peace the world cannot manufacture.
His truth brings clarity when my emotions feel loud.
And His love continues to transform every part of my life - little by little.

There is nothing this world could offer me that compares to closeness with God.💯🙏✝️

Never quit serving God. The Christian life on mission is the great adventure!

Never quit serving God. The Christian life on mission is the great adventure!

Somewhere along the way, we start trading possibility for predictability. The dream gets shelved, the laughter quiets, the curiosity dims. We're still breathing — but somehow, less alive.

God didn't give us today so we could merely survive it. He gave it as a gift, full of His presence and purpose. Whatever your age, whatever your season, whatever you've already given up on — there's still life to be lived, still love to be given, still wonder to be found in the ordinary.

What's one thing you'd love to do again — and what would it look like to start this week?

Daily promise!

God's past grace has saved us.
God's future grace will see us to eternity.
God's present grace has given us everything we need to live a godly life.
Right here, right now.

John 15:4-5

Sometimes I slip into living life backward.

I let my to-do list overflow while withholding my time with the Lord. When what I need to do is let my time with the Lord overflow while withholding my to-do list.

It’s a mistake I think a lot of us make. We’re slaves to the tyranny of the urgent. But how can we continue to pour out if we aren’t being filled back up on a daily basis?

The flood of demands will consume us if we don’t take the time to let God right our perspective, reduce our stress level, and whisper His tender truths of love in
our ear.

Let’s decide in our hearts today that we’ll slow down enough this week to receive all that He longs to pour into us each and every day.

05/25/2026

Still growing. Still healing. Still surrendering.
👉 But by the grace of God, I’m still not who I used to be.🙏🤎✝️

Remember. But also comfort. And heal.

Remember. But also comfort. And heal.

For many, Memorial Day is more than a holiday—it’s a reminder of someone deeply loved and deeply missed. 🇺🇸As we honor those who served, we also acknowledge the grief carried by families and friends who continue to miss them every day.
If Memorial Day feels especially heavy this year, you are not alone. There is space to remember, to grieve, and to find hope.

When you think following Jesus is hard, remember Adnan.

He Gave Up
Everything for Christ
You can stand with Christians driven
from their homes.
Today, we invite you to stand with Christians like Adnan, who was forced to flee after his family beat him for placing his faith in Christ.

Adnan grew up in a predominantly Muslim area of northern Nigeria and loved to study the Quran. When he noticed contradictions between what he had been told about Jesus and what he read in the Quran, his teachers told him to stop asking questions. Adnan decided to secretly visit a church, where Christians welcomed him, and enjoyed the music and the teaching. Later, Adnan met privately with a pastor who answered his questions, and he placed his faith in Christ.

At home afterwards, Adnan forgot an Islamic prayer, and his family, who had grown suspicious, beat him. One night, his father held a knife to his throat, forcing him to fight for his life. Adnan escaped and is now enrolled in Bible school. “The true God has revealed himself to me and salvation through his son Jesus,” he said. “I miss my family, but there is no going back.”
