It was a beautiful, Christ-honoring ceremony that reflected God’s design for marriage and His faithfulness. We are grateful for the testimony of their love for the Lord and the commitment they made before God, their families, and friends.

Please join us in congratulating the newlyweds and praying that the Lord will bless their home with His grace, wisdom, and love as they begin this new chapter together.

There are few things more beautiful than watching God transform a life.

Not long ago, Fabiana placed her faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Though she had grown up around church, she came to understand that knowing about God is not the same as personally trusting Him as Savior.

Since then, it has been such a joy to watch Fab grow in her walk with the Lord. Her hunger for God’s Word, faithfulness to church, and desire to follow Christ have been such an encouragement to our church family.

And what a blessing it has been to watch her precious daughter, Prayer, grow alongside her. ❤️

We’re so thankful the Lord led Fab and Prayer to Allegheny Valley Baptist Church. Please continue to pray for them as they grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Welcome to the family, Fab! We love you both and are excited to see all that God has in store. 💙

At Allegheny Valley Baptist Church, we don’t view children’s ministry as childcare—we view it as discipleship.

Every Bible lesson, every song, every memory verse, every prayer, and every act of love is an opportunity to point a child to Christ.

We aren’t simply preparing children for the future—we’re helping them know, love, and serve Jesus today.

“We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD…” — Psalm 78:4

💛 We are thankful for every nursery worker, Sunday School teacher, P*e Wee Club leader, and volunteer who faithfully invests in the next generation.

🇺🇸 One Nation Under God 🇺🇸

As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re thankful for the many blessings God has bestowed upon our nation. At the same time, we’re reminded that America is still a very young country, with many imperfections. Our hope has never rested in the strength of our government, but in the goodness and faithfulness of God. May we never forget.

Pastor Matt reminded us of this timeless truth in his June 28 message, “One Nation Under God.”

What a week at Teen Extreme! 💚

Our teens had an absolute blast making memories, competing in games, building friendships, and most importantly, growing in their walk with the Lord.

We’re thankful for the preaching, the fellowship, the decisions made, and the opportunity to invest in the next generation. Please continue to pray that God will use what was learned this week to produce lasting fruit in their lives.
