Jesus was asked what commandment from the Mosaic Law is the most important. Jesus answered the loving God with all that we are is the most important. He continued, saying that the second most was to love our neighbor and added this, "On these two commandments hang the law and the prophets. With the Gospel, everything hangs on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
