21 Day Fast January 4- January 24. Option 1
Week 1 (4-10) No sugar.This is limited to pastries such as cookies, cakes, pies, and candies. Also exclude items with sugar added with the intentions to make sweet such as jelly, syrups, and sodas. Week 2 (11-17) No sugar or bread. This includes sandwich bread, rolls, biscuits, and cornbread. Pasta and rice are acceptable. Use your own discretion though

. Week 3 (18-24) No sugar, no bread, no meat. This includes poultry, fish, shrimp, beef, and pork. Option 2

No sugar, no bread, no meat for the entire 21 days of the fast. Use the guidelines in Option 1 to help govern your food choices.

*Note* Prayer focus should include spiritual birth or renewal and direction. Once you make a commitment to either option, please make every effort to stick to that commitment. The fast should include daily prayer and devotion otherwise this is merely a diet. Fasting is consecration which is designed for you to decrease or exclude carnal activities as much as possible so that you can increase our communion and fellowship with The Lord. Give Him your best effort and He will honor it. Don't be weary in doing well and if you make a mistake, shake it off, get back up and continue pressing forward. Godspeed!
