💜 LADIES, IT’S REFIT NIGHT! 💜

Need a little movement, laughter, encouragement, and stress relief? Join us tonight at 6:00 PM at Natchez Church of God for ReFit!

ReFit is more than just a workout—it’s a fun, faith-friendly fitness experience that combines easy-to-follow dance movements, cardio, toning, and uplifting music. No fitness experience is required, and there’s absolutely no pressure to be perfect. We simply move, laugh, and encourage one another while taking care of the bodies God has given us.

Whether you’re a beginner, haven’t exercised in years, or you’re already active, there’s a place for you here. Bring a friend, wear comfortable clothes, and come as you are!

Good morning ladies! Just a reminder, if you have a picture of you as a mom or a picture with your mom, please send it to me. You can text it if it’s digital or bring it to me at church this morning! It will be used for decoration at our fish fry on the 9th. It will not be damaged. You will get it back :)
