WE HAVE ANOTHER EAGLE SCOUT!

Tonight, Priscilla K. officially earned the rank of Eagle Scout!

Priscilla has worked incredibly hard to reach Scouting’s highest rank, demonstrating leadership, perseverance, service, and a commitment to living the Scout Oath and Law along the way. We could not be prouder to celebrate this tremendous accomplishment with her.

And tonight marks another milestone for our troop as well:

Priscilla is the 7th Eagle Scout in the history of Troop 1965! 🦅🎉

Seven young women who set a goal few Scouts ever achieve, did the work, showed the leadership, and served their communities to make it happen.

The artwork of 10 talented artists will hang at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church during office hours and on Sunday beginning Tuesday, September 1 through Sunday, September 27. The over 30 pieces of work will include images of landscapes, cityscapes and flowers in acrylic, pastel and collage. Some of these paintings will be for sale. An artists reception will be held on Saturday evening September 19 from 5 until 7 pm. Please come and enjoy the refreshments and meet the artists.

The students participating are Barb Anderson, Craig Bateman, Sara Bateman, Sue Beem, Eleanor Brown, Kelly Cornett, Patricia Donham, Shelly Heuser, Gregg Plunkett and Paula Stears.
