ጰራቅሊጦስ፣ ጰንጠቆስጤ በመባልም የሚታወቀው፣ በኢትዮጵያውያን ዘንድ ትልቅ ቦታ የሚሰጠው በዓል ነው። ኦርቶዶክስ ቤተክርስቲያን። ጰራቅሊጦስ የሚለው ቃል የሚያመለክተው በዚህ ቀን በሐዋርያትና በሌሎች አማኞች ላይ ለወረደው መንፈስ ቅዱስ። በውስጡ ክርስቲያናዊ ትውፊት፣ ይህ ቀን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ከማረጉ በፊት የገባውን የተስፋ ቃል የሚፈጽም መንፈስ ቅዱስ በሐዋርያት ላይ የወረደበት ቀን ነው። ይህ ክስተት የክርስቲያን መወለድ ሆኖ ይታያል ቤተ ክርስቲያን.
