Our Story

In the space between whatever has happened already and whatever is to come hovers an invisible borderland, a place where faith is lived outside the walls of a church building. Where the people of God engage the community that lives in a place where faith and other faiths and no faith meet. Only a congregation that accepts this new reality will be able to carry on the message of Christ in our new culture.

God grant us the strength and perseverance to pursue those in the borderland. May we be willing to go to the wild places to love the wild people of your heart. May you protect us and inspire us to take on the challenges of the wilderness. May we find humility in our success and faith in our failure. Even when we travel through Death Valley, We will not be afraid because you walk at our side. Amen
