Founded by Rev Dr. Joseph Rice, we are a word based international assembly. Our motto is. "Putting God First". We are not bound by denominational limitations.

Our job as kingdom builders for Christ is not to judge you, just to love you. Our assembly is international and open to anyone wanting to learn the Word of God. Our Pastor, Dr. Joseph Rice, teaches a right now Word for the situations and struggles we face daily in our lives. We thank God for him and hope you will come and experience worship at "Higher Ground"
