Happy Advent!
May the start of our liturgical year be filled with many things but with an everlasting HOPE. The 1st week reminds us to HOPE in the Lord, and that his reign is the truth/way/life. May our homes be fruitful in spirit preparing for the Lord as we see in Mark 1:3. Preparing for Jesus is no easy task, but with adding something to our lives we start a new. A rebirth or a new year if you will! Great HOPE & blessings to you all ❤️

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. Been bad delegating/remembering to. So many things are going on in my personal life along with everyone on this earth. I just want to say I am praying for the needs of everyone and asking our Mamma Mary disburse all these graces towards y’all. Thank you for following this page and God bless!

“With the Lord, There is mercy and the fullness of redemption, Call to him in your trials, he will answer whenever you call”. It takes great strength to acknowledge & exalt ourselves and sins to place God at the highest point of life (See LK 18:9-14). Yet, he already knows the emotions/sins before a word is ever spoken. Why? As father at mass spoke, there’s nothing we have this is not first given by God! These emotions he places are for a purpose of navigating the complexities of our imperfection as his creations. Also to understand the beautiful fullness we receive through the Body & Blood of Jesus Christ.

Today’s mass, felt his presence guiding me. Whether it was the mass, prayer of fellowship HES ALWAYS THERE. We (myself too) struggle with brokenness feeling so unworthy of anything that comes along to us. Times to the point of wandering away.... I did and it’s no fun ~Come back Jesus says~. All I could say in the moment was that I am damaged goods with no worth of ever healing. Now it should’ve been like Jesus I need your help with this brokenness and seek your healing. See the difference similarly to today’s gospel reading?! Yet he still made his presence known. The words COME BACK fill my soul as I understand the everlasting desire and longing for us to never wander away. Similar like rose and jack from titanic (ok maybe not at the same level but true). Fully knowing that Jesus should be on speed dial right along with the Blessed Mother. Without whom, our call may not reach as close to Jesus.

Grace... forgiveness.... love!

What do these have in common? A priest recently shared with me that it’s more ok to ask for this grace from our lord. In fact he wants to give it to you. We often feel undeserving from sin of this abundant grace.

Couple days ago: Praying the chaplet of divine mercy I could see a hand grasp another. Then they started walking. I saw this 3 times... what did this mean? God is with us, guides us, forgives us and love us. something simple as holding a hand guiding someone, and The sinful woman comes to mind & in my heart.
She knew Jesus was there... with her hair & tears washed and unceasingly kissed his feet. She showed great love; He gives her grace of forgiveness (Luke 7:47). Jesus says “your faith has saved you; go in peace” (Luke 7:50). Go out into the world today and LOVE!

Make known to me your ways (Psalm 25:4).. turning points back to our Heavenly Father. He yearns to teach His ways. Why?!

Because JESUS = our HEALER!

Sometimes things aren’t so clear (See Eccl 3:11), but we take this step through the sacraments as well as in prayer.
turning point for me: a recent trip to my childhood parish. Entering this very path & exiting I said “Lord teach me the ways to forgive ”. Praying for the intercession of the holy family: I felt released of some of the pain embracing the silence. As mother Teresa once said “the fruit of silence is prayer”.
He peeled back another layer of pain in my heart. He’s such a good father that desires to reach ALL OF US!

Will you keep that pathway open for him to work through you?
Be watchful, Be alert you do not know when the time will come (Mark 13:33).

Silence, Something we attempt to grasp and crave the most.

Yesterday, I felt the push to go to church. I wanted to go to mass, but missed it (dang time change). I wanted to go for confession & missed that too.
The beauty in it is that God gifted me the chance for silence. [so hard to find in today’s world] To sit and place all the anger & distrust at his feet. For we called to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to angry (James 1:19).

Revealing: one persons actions CANNOT determine the greater will.. For only God can; place your trust in me and things will fall into place. Betrayal & being lied to hurts but it is God that shows us to not be petty. Reminded me I am worthy of so much more dear child and YOU ARE TOO. Forgiveness is hard, but “they do not know what they are doing”(Luke 23:34).

May we see the beauty that comes with trials: Joy!

☝🏻⤵️The most important act of forgiveness & healing..amen!...........
Confession: most sacred healing we could ever receive as children of God! It took years to realize this truth, and experience the true power of forgiveness to be one with the church again. 1 ½ years ago, I had a major conversion through this very truth; Going almost a decade of Sinning against & denying God has its heaviness mixed with shame (See CCC 1440). When we do sin or need healing from sin we cannot: 1. forgive ourselves or others before seeking God first; He is the source of ALL forgiveness (CCC 1449). 2. take part in communion with Christ(CCC 1457). I feel empty inside (when I don’t) bc he makes us whole...................
Jesus sacrifice on the cross is the ultimate forgiveness of sins, and Confession reunites us to him. Imagine yourself at the foot of the cross, Receiving forgiveness not condemnation. When father says “I absolve you of your sins” I feel the Holy Spirit pouring the necessary salt water for healing of my soul & Heart. 1st time I went after years was the most freeing. Knowing that Christ died for our sins, and desires us to seek forgiveness in him.
As John 20:22-23 says “Receive the holy spirit.. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them,”

“Live by the spirit” Galatians 5:16🔥🕊 I don’t know about y’all.. I have to keep reminding myself that yes God hears us (1 John 5: 14-15), Loves us (Romans 5:8) & desires communication.
Life can be hectic alot! With all the hectic things, my prayer life has had some major dry spells as they say... yet even the smallest of offerings (i.e anger in the moment) & praise God hears for our perseverance in prayer (Colossians 4:2). To pray is to choose! You either choose to work on your relationship with God or you don’t. That simple! A rosary is the perfect example
Amidst healing through a breakup, a dear brother in Christ, showed me that a rosary is a incredible weapon. Our Mother by her intercession draws us closer to God and He to us (James 4:8). She desires to bring us closer to Jesus and walk with him! Not only that, but the many saints we can ask for intercession! [Some of my prayer warriors: JPII, Mother Teresa, St. Joseph and several close friends of mine]
Don’t be afraid to ask for prayer intentions. The power of prayer is wonderful!
I am praying for you! Go find yourself a prayer warrior ❤️🙏🏻!

Brief testimony time!
Just wanted to introduce myself a little! My name is Christina and so Here it goes:
A cradle catholic that stopped practicing after confirmation. Lost my way and ultimately felt the call to come back some years later. Met a wonderful community and got my start in ministry. I never realized how much our faith plays a role in everyday life until coming back.
Now I've graduated college, I still don't know whats next. But I felt the call to be on a mission for the past year and realized I am on one.. right where I am. So I started this little ministry as a means to be on that mission in a time where having christian values is more difficult.
Hope you join along the journey and see where this goes!
In him,
Christina

Welcome all to a place where we seek healing, share truth & strive to sainthood!
In a time where actually living out a christian lifestyle has been difficult for many, here is a place that we can gather from a christian/catholic perspective. We are also on Instagram, if you like to follow us there (or not on Facebook regularly).
This is just starting up & growing. So I am figuring things out as they go!
May you find this a place to come grow, learn & go forth with Jesus!
In his name,
Christina
