Planning your 2027 budget? 📅

If you’re hoping to attend the UMAC 2027 Gathering in Austin, Texas (February 25–26, 2027), here’s some preliminary information to help with budget planning:

💲 Registration: The registration fee for both the 2023 and 2025 gatherings was $375, which included three meals. Our planning team is working hard to reduce the registration cost for 2027, but we’re waiting on final cost estimates before announcing the official price.

🏨 Hotel: We’ve already secured a room block, with hotel rooms expected to be approximately $100 per night.

❓Who is UMAC for? Anyone who helps tell the story of their ministry! Whether you’re a conference communicator, local church staff member, pastor, volunteer, social media manager, photographer, videographer, newsletter editor, website manager, livestream volunteer, or anyone who helps with communications in any way, UMAC is for you.

Registration will open this fall, and we’ll share all the details as soon as they’re finalized. We hope you’ll begin planning now—we’d love to see communicators from every conference, agency, and local church join us in Austin!
