We had the pleasure of listening to our esteemed speaker, Mr. Charles White, a former player in the Negro baseball league. We were enthralled by his fascinating stories, amused by his humor, and had the opportunity to pose questions, ultimately resulting in a truly delightful experience. Mr. White also graciously shared with us numerous anecdotes about his late son, NFL star Reggie White.
He brought with him lots of memorabilia of he and his son, including his son’spractice helmet from his time at the university of Tennessee!!!

We thank God for the opportunity and for Mr. Charles White, a living legend!

A big thank you to everyone that supported our annual Martin Luther King Junior prayer breakfast that was held on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Margaret Tyson pastor of Saint Luke Gallatin Tennessee gave a rousing speech with the topic of a dream deferred. It was a very inspirational and stirring speech. We had a wonderful time celebrating the life of Dr. King! And remember Dr. King‘s birthday is a day on, not just the day off!
