Dwight Roussaw, married August 8, 1998 exemplify the portrait of a Christ-centered and Christian-based marriage. They are the proud parents of one daughter and the loving grandparents of three grandchildren. Dwight and Deidra responded to God’s call to participate in a marriage ministry in 2004. tion for the Sharon Baptist Church Marriage Ministry in Philadelphia, Pa. Dwight & Deidra are currently members of The Resurrection Center in Wilmington, Delaware under the leadership of Bishop S. D. & Pastor Cleo V. Townsend, Ph. Both Dwight and Deidra are Certified Life, Marriage, Relationship & Bereavement Coaches through World Coaching Institute and International Coach Federation. They studied biblical counseling at:
• The Christian Research & Development;
• PAIRS Foundation (Redefining Relationships),
and are currently certified instructors for Family Dynamics Institute, teaching the “Dynamic Marriage” seminar to married and engaged couples. Dwight and Deidra are also members of Beyond Affairs Network, Kingdom Chamber of Commerce and National Association for Relationship and Marriage Education
This dynamic duo husband and wife team are the founders of TWOgether Marriages®, a non-profit organization that offers personalized counseling, coaching and mentoring programs. Additional programs fostering healthy relationships will include successful dating protocols and annual marriage retreats. Dwight and Deidra are passionate about their vision of providing a faith-based coaching ministry; applying God’s principles for marriage and offering both dating and married couples a biblical framework and platform for a spiritual and healthy relationship. Dwight & Deidra are authors of The Master Marriage Makeover, journeying from ceremony to matrimony. Their book will be available later this year. Dwight & Deidra are also the owners of Kairi's Travel®, a full service travel agency consisting of over 12 trained, certified and experienced travel consultants. They have been serving the travel industry since 1997. Their calling is Christian “group” & “couple” escorted tours. Both are experts in Caribbean and Cruise travel. Their expertise is priceless and their services are complimentary. They are Sandals & Beaches WeddingMoons specialists, Disney College of Knowledge graduates, members of CTO (Caribbean Tour Organization) and CLIA (Cruise Line International Associates). CLIA affiliate cruise lines include but are not limited to Celebrity, Disney, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
