This is a faith community that includes people of many diverse backgrounds and faith journeys – old and young, raised in the church, new to the church, those from other denominations and faith traditions to those who question it all – you name it. We come together in worship & small groups to grow together, be in service to the community & seek the next steps in this life journey we call our faith. Come as you are this Sunday @ 10am!

Glendale is well represented at the 2026 TWK UMC Annual Conference this week in Murfreesboro! We’re grateful to be part of a denomination that continues to choose compassion, justice, inclusion, and hope. Even amid the challenges facing our communities, we’re reminded that another way is possible when people choose love over fear and service over self-interest. We welcomed The Dodge Family officially into our Glendale Fam today! (Of no relation to Pastor Steph. 😂)

“Attending Glendale has been a blessing and a relief, knowing that the community here is made up of people who truly want to make earth more like heaven. After we both became increasingly frustrated with things that we saw people justifying in the name of Christianity, Tim was ready to give up on church entirely, but decided to give Glendale a shot when Emily casually mentioned that we had a Dungeons & Dragons group. We are both thankful to find an accepting community truly rooted in love.” - Tim & Emily

It’s a bird….it’s a plane…its Superman!” That iconic line came to mind this week as I was contemplating the Trinity—it’s Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; Creator, Christ, and Holy Ghost; Papa, Jesus, and Sarayu; Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer. Whichever names you use, it has never quite cleared up exactly how our relational God exists as three but one. As they say, “the math ain’t mathing.” Rather than explain it, the Bible tells us stories from which we have to make our own meaning. Today we will share some of those stories and you can reflect yourself on what it means to worship a trinitarian God.
