AsSalam Alaikum,

The blessed days of righteousness, forgiveness, and joy have begun. Tomorrow marks the first day of Dhul Hijjah, the most sacred days of the year. Let us renew our intentions, gather our strength, and strive to make the most of these special days.

Forgiving others is among the best ways to seek Allah’s forgiveness. Bringing ease to the lives of others is a means of bringing blessings into our own homes. Making dua for others invites the angels to pray for you in return. And sincerity is what gives every action its true value.

Remember, Allah only asks of us to do what we are able, with sincere hearts and honest intentions.

The Day of Arafah will be on Tuesday, May 26th, and the first day of Eid al Adha will be on Wednesday, May 27th, inshaa’Allah.

Nashville Symphony to Perform to Eid Concert with Mo Sabri on May 31

The Nashville Symphony and Mo Sabri invite the Muslim community to Music City’s first ever Eid concert.

In celebration of Eid Al-Adha, the Grammy-winning orchestra will support Sabri as he shares his American Muslim story by fusing Islam-inspired country songs with Urdu qawwali and Arabic nasheed.

In addition to appearing at the Grammy Awards in a cultural tribute and participating in a prayer breakfast with the President Obama, Sabri has performed for the largest Muslim organizations such as ISNA, MAS-ICNA, MuslimFest, and APPNA and he has helped masajid across the country fundraise millions of dollars for charity.

Mo Sabri’s Tennessee Desi will be May 31 at 2pm at the Symphony Center downtown. If the Muslim community turns out in huge numbers for this family-friendly event, the Symphony will do more Muslim programming!

Tickets start at $19, get yours today at https://nashvillesymphony.org/tickets/concert/2025-2026-season/mo-sabris-tennessee-desi/

Be part of this historical Nashville event, forward this to your friends to help make this a sold out event.
