The Word of God is the foundation
Hebrews 4:12 The word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of the soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning thoughts and intentions of the heart

The power to change lives does not come from us but the Spirit of God
