Over the past fifty years we have had a close relationship with Fisk University, Meharry Medical College and Tennessee State University. Many of our members have either been students of these institutions or past/present members of faculty. We seek to continue to strengthen these ties as we feel that it is important to offer students a spiritual home away from home. We are a church where everyone
knows your name; a church where your presence will always be important. We understand what it is like to be a student, and we understand the dynamics of these institutions. We strive to support the student population in whatever way we can through Campus Ministry, Bible Study, and our Sunday service and fellowship. Or services are steeped in the traditions of the Episcopal Church, while mixed with contemporary music and relevant, challenging sermons. Our Bible Study focuses on everyday issues as we search for answers in the Word of God. Each month we offer students a time to simply come and relax and enjoy a night of fun, games and food with other students and members of the church. As you seek a church for worship while you are away from home, we invite you to come and give us a try.
