This past Sunday, we continued our series Bible Answers to Big Questions with the question: “What Happens When We Die?”

From 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18, we saw that death is certain, judgment is real, and yet in Christ there is true hope beyond the grave. Those who belong to Jesus are promised His presence and the future resurrection, secured by His victory over death. This is why Christians grieve, but not without hope.

Join us this Sunday as we continue the series with another important question: “Why is there so much evil and injustice in the world?”

Through Scripture, we explored what the Bible teaches about who God is and how biblical exclusivity gives us true freedom, hope and humility.

Though there are many practical instructions in Book of Proverbs, its deepest purpose is to lead us to Christ, the true Wisdom of God.

Christ not only teaches us how to live, but also transforms our hearts so that we desire what is good, love what is righteous, and walk in wisdom from the inside out.

Westwood RC Nights – Summer Meetups!

Join us this summer for RC Car Nights in our church parking lot! Bring your RC cars (or just come watch), enjoy a relaxed evening, and let the kids race and play. We’ll have a simple track set up, plus popsicles and water for everyone.

These meetups will take place every other Tuesday throughout the summer.

6:30–8:00pm on: June 2, June 16, July 7, July 21, August 4, August 18

No sign up needed.

🏀 Summer Basketball Camp is back at Westwood!

Kids ages 6–12 are invited to join us June 22–25 (Mon–Thurs), from 6–8 PM, for four evenings of basketball skills, scrimmages, and fun.

Whether your child is new to the game or looking to improve, this camp is for them! Invite a neighbor, classmate, or teammate to join! It’s a great way to make new friends and grow in the game together.
