Check out the connection between the Israel / Iran conflict, and the Haman / Mordecai story in the Bible. Crazy…

First, a short summary about Haman & Mordecai.…. This story is found in the book of Esther that occurred during the reign of King Xerxes in the Medo-Persian Empire (486-465 BC). Haman was the 2nd highest in command and hated Jews. Mordecai (a jew) refused to bow to him, so Haman devised a plan to destroy all Jews. NOTE: This is YET another of many stories in the Bible where Satan uses someone to try and destroy the Jews. Ever ask yourself why Satan is so obsessed with the Jews? Topic for another day.

Anyways, Haman gets the King to sign a decree to have all Jews annihilated on the 13th day of Adar (last month on Jewish calendar). Hello, can you say Hi**er (just to name one of many people/nations that have tried to wipe out the Jews).

Long story short, Haman’s plan was foiled when Esther (a jew who married the King) revealed to the King that she was a Jew, and about Haman’s deceitful plan to kill her, Mordecai, and all other Jews. The King had Haman executed and the Jews lived on.

But here are the interesting points I want to make:

Mordecai = Jew
Haman = Persian

Israel = Jewish nation
Iran = Persian nation - Iranians call themselves Persian. The national name was changed to Iran in the 1930’s.

Genesis 1:14 says that one of the reasons God created the lights in the sky were for SIGNS.
Additionally, Jews have passed down oral law that has traditionally taught that lunar eclipses are an omen for Israel, while solar eclipses are omens for the nation that witnesses them.

If you think that it’s a coincidence that these events fall on the same day and month (minus 1 day on 1 event) 2,500 years apart, AND both deal with people of Iran & Israel, then I simply don’t know what to tell you.

Are we about to see things develop between these 2 people groups? There is a video in the comments that I watched almost 2 months ago (before most of this happened) about these celestial events and what could be coming.

Lastly, Jews still celebrate this victory over Haman today. It is known as the feast of Purim and is celebrated the next day after the original decree to kill all Jews on Adar 13 (March on our Gregorian calendar).

The next 3 consecutive Purim’s on the calendar (2024,25,26) ALL have lunar eclipses.
PRETTY MIND BLOWING HUH? Are we going to see major things going on with Israel for the next few years? I think it’s very possible.

God is allowing people to connect the dots of worldly and celestial events to Biblical prophecy like never before. It reminds me of what God told Daniel in the 12th chapter of Daniel, “shut up this book UNTIL the time of the end” (paraphrasing). God is removing the veil. THE DOOMSDAY CLOCK HAS BEEN SET TO 90 SECONDS UNTIL MIDNIGHT

The Who, What, When, Why, & How of the Doomsday clock:

-The clock was designed in 1947 to warn the public how close we are to destroying our world with dangerous technologies.
-Originally developed by Albert Einstein and other Scientists to warn the public how close we are to nuclear armageddon (midnight).
-A group of SECULAR scientists and experts with deep knowledge of nuclear technology and other global issues that are known as “The Bulletin of the Atomic Science and Security Board” meet twice a year to discuss if the clock should be changed.
-On January 24th, 2023, the clock was changed to 90 seconds until midnight.
-The clock has been updated 24 times since its inception 76 years ago.
-Midnight represents Armageddon, incidentally a Bible term about a final world battle.
-2023 marked the first time the clock and the information that goes with it was translated into Russian and Ukrainian language.

THE BULLETIN OF ATOMIC SCIENCE MADE IT’S DETERMINATION BASED ON:

-India now has 160 nuclear warheads.
-North Korea’s unstable leader and their possession of Nuclear weapons.
-Iran is near nuclear capacity and threatens to annihilate Israel
-Iran’s possession of nuclear weapons could set off a nuclear arms race in the Mid East.
-Ukraine/Russia War.
-Cyber disinformation (lies/fake news) is spreading so fast that is could be a threat to democracy
-Greater weather events.
-Escalating threats between the US and China.
-Biological threats (Pandemics & Plagues) that they fear are just beginning.
-There is no leadership globally to take control and resolve these issues.

3 “Creepy” Sci-fi like technologies that could soon become a reality….

-Ectolife, “baby farm”, created by a molecular biologist. “The features are 100% science-based and have already been achieved by scientists and engineers.” Scientists say it could become a reality in 10-15 years. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS VIDEO (in comments).

-Elon Musk’s Neuralink brain chip is expected to begin clinical trials by mid 2023. On the surface, this sounds great for brain diseases. However, Musk has expressed higher ambitions of melding the brain with Artificial Intelligence, so that your thoughts and ideas aren’t from your brain alone (source in comments).

-DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), part of the US Department of Defense, has revealed plans to create a “futuristic” fighting force. Software could be uploaded directly to the brain to give their soldiers heightened senses …creating an army of Captain Americas.

Daniel 12:4 prophecies about the last days, “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and KNOWLEDGE SHALL BE INCREASED” (all caps added by me).

-NOTE: Knowledge is now doubling every 13 months. To put this in perspective, in the year 1900, it doubled every 100 years. In 1945, it doubled every 25 years, in the early 1970’s it was every 12 years. *See knowledge doubling image. Does anyone actually believe all this growth of knowledge and technology could end well when you couple it with human greed and someone’s propensity to use it for evil?

Prophecy update: make sure you read through to see an “eerie” fact.

Iran has now developed a surface to surface missile that will reach Israel to carry their nuclear war head once they are nuclear capable (which is soon). Iran has vowed to wipe Israel off the map and their religious extreme leaders believe Allah has called them to do so.

They named the missile after an ancient battle that involved Muhammad.

Guess how long it takes the missile to reach the Israel target from Iran ? 6.66 minutes 😳. You can’t make this stuff up. Coincidence or a hidden Godly message ?

Top Signs we are nearing the end (in no particular order)

#5 An increase in Violence, while violence can entail multiple crimes, this is a focus on mass killings.

-Genesis 6:13, “And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the EARTH IS FILLED WITH VIOLENCE through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”

-Clearly, 1 reason God destroyed the people on the earth during Noah’s day was due to the rampant violence…..

-Jesus speaking in Luke 17:26 said, “And as it was in the days of Noah, SO SHALL IT BE ALSO in the days of the Son of man (Jesus’ return).

-So is the earth becoming filled with violence like it was in the days of Noah?

FACTS:

-From 1966-1975, there were 1-8 mass shootings per year in the U.S.A.
-From 2011-2018, there was an average of 160 mass shootings per year in the U.S.A
-The number of U.S mass shootings jumped to 417 in 2019.
-It jumped again to a total of 692 in 2021.
-The first 19 weeks of 2022 (Jan 1 - May 14) there were 198 mass shootings!
-There were 13 mass shootings JUST during the Memorial day weekend.
-As of July 16, there have been 309 mass shootings in the U.S.A ! (avg 11 per week).
-Violence is becoming so common that the media doesn’t even bother to report all of it.
-If you are like me, I would not have imagined these numbers to be so huge.
-This data will vary some depending on where you get your info. Regardless, there is NO DOUBT that mass killings are on the rise. What other parallels are there when you compare our day to that of Noah’s?

Psalm 121:7-8 “The LORD keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.”

#3 & #4 signs we are nearing the end (in no particular order)

#3 Jesus referencing his return in Luke 21:25, “...and upon the earth Distress of Nations, with perplexity…”

Distress definition - extreme anxiety
Perplexity definition - inability to deal with (no real solutions)

#4 Speaking again of his return, Jesus said in Matthew 24:7, “...For nation shall rise against nation…”

“Nation” translated here is “Ethnos” (ἔθνος), from which we get our word “ethnic.” Ethnos is about people groups, NOT countries.

These 2 signs are interwoven in my mind and it’s hard to discuss one without discussing the other.

There are many things that are creating “distress” of nations and pitting one culture against another, including but not limited to: increase in earthquakes, food crisis, energy costs, social issues, war, among others. It’s creating a lot of tension across the globe. Check out this study…..

Verisk Maplecroft, a global strategic consulting firm found the following in their 2022 global civil unrest analysis:

- 101 out of 198 nations experienced an “increase in risk” of civil unrest for the 2nd quarter of 2022, and the “worst is yet to come”.
- The Civil Unrest Index is derived from different factors, such as inflation, government mechanisms to overcome conflicts, and others.
- They added, “inflation in food and energy is expected to be worse in 2023 than in 2022, which is the biggest contributor to the discontent.”
-The firm found that government stability in 42 nations saw an increased risk of having their governments challenged.

OTHER FACTS:

-The number of people who are experiencing acute food insecurity is likely to climb to 222 million people in 53 countries (U.N. report).
-High food prices have triggered a global crisis that is driving millions more into extreme poverty (U.N report).

Have you noticed how things keep getting worse in the world with no real solutions from governments? (Distress & Perplexity that Jesus spoke about).

Jesus, in Matthew 24, described the end time signs as a woman in labor, with the pains and contractions increasing as she gets closer to birthing her child. The closer we get to his coming, the more frequent and severe the “labor pains” will become. There is no doubt that the rise in civil unrest and national distress across the globe is on the increase. How close are we to his 2nd coming?

Jesus said in John 16:32-33, “In the world you will have tribulation; but BE OF GOOD CHEER, I have OVERCOME the world.”

Top Signs we are nearing the end (in no particular order).

(If you missed #1, refer to my previous fb post from a few days ago).

Sign #2 - Frequency and strength of EARTHQUAKES will INCREASE.

Jesus said in Matthew 24:7, “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, AND EARTHQUAKES, in divers (various) places.” *parenthesis and all caps added.
*Look for me to discuss the other signs in the above scripture in later fb posts.

Facts:
-The Richter scale (how we measure earthquakes’ intensity) was created in 1945. Therefore, to be fair and objective, I only used data from 1945 and after.
-Anything below 2 Richter was excluded because they aren’t always felt or detected.
-Earthquakes of 5 on the Richter Scale are considered moderate. Anything over a 5 results in stronger shakes and more damage.
-Luke 21:11 prophecies an overall increase in earthquakes, while Matthew 24:7 prophecies an increase in “bigger” earthquakes. Therefore, I created 2 charts: One for 2+ Richter quakes and the other for 5+ (moderate or stronger quakes).
-The number of earthquakes with the Richter magnitude of 2 or higher, have increased OVER 1000% in the past 41 years !
-From 1945-1949, earth saw an average of 25 earthquakes yearly with a magnitude of 5 or greater. Starting in 1950, the annual number of those earthquakes ranges from 233 to 2449 yearly, with the most significant jump starting in the 1970’s.
-Half of the world’s worst 10 earthquakes have occurred in the last 20 years.
-9 of those worst 10 quakes have occurred since the birth of Israel as a nation in 1948.
-Some people may argue the change in technology used to detect earthquakes has changed and is more advanced in the past couple of decades. Regardless of what year you start analyzing the data, evidence shows that earthquake frequency and strengths are on an upward trend.

Why the upward trend of earthquakes starting in the late 1940’s ?
-The rebirth of Israel on May 14, 1948 is the fulfilled prophecy of Isaiah 66:7-9 and that event started the last day’s time clock. Additionally, Jesus prophesied Israel's rebirth in the fig tree parable in Matthew 24:32.
-Jesus, in Matthew 24, described the end time signs as a woman in labor, with the pains and contractions increasing as she gets closer to birthing her child. The earth has been “in labor” since 1948, with the ultimate birthing of the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. The closer we get to his coming, the more frequent and severe the “labor pains” will become.

There is no doubt that the earthquake evidence presented here shows those pains increasing. How close are we to birthing his 2nd coming? Stay tuned for sign #3.

It’s been 4 months since I’ve posted anything from my love of Eschatology (study of end times), but there has been so much more to develop recently that I have to share. 😁

My next few upcoming posts will be titled:

TOP REASONS TO BELEIVE WE ARE LIVING IN THE LAST DAYS (in no particular order).

#1 On September 15, 2022, 5 perfect, unblemished red heifers arrived in Israel. Jewish temple sacrifices in the Tanakh (old testament) involved the use of “unblemished” red heifers (Numbers 19:1-10). This practice has NOT been used for over 2,000 years, due to the inability to find such a flawless heifer. These 5 heifers are currently 5-8 months old and will be raised in Israel and evaluated again when they reach the sacrificial age of 2 years and 1 day old (sometime in 2024). It is likely that at least one will still meet the “unblemished” qualifications once they reach the appropriate age. Feel free to research the qualifications for these heifers.

How are these heifers significant to us?
Daniel the prophet prophesied (Daniel 9:27) and was quoted by Jesus (Matthew 24:15), about a time when the Jewish Temple would resume these red heifer sacrifices. These sacrifices would then be stopped by the Anti-Christ (abomination of desolation) when he steps into the temple and declares himself as God. Note: There is currently no Jewish Temple, although the plans to build another one exists. This too is a Biblical prophecy. However, some say these sacrifices could start prior to having a rebuilt temple. Stay tuned for #2 in the next few days.

ARE THE SPARSE OR EMPTY STORE SHELVES A SIGN OF WHAT’S COMING MENTIONED IN MATTHEW 24?

WHAT SOME EXPERTS ARE SAYING….

-Senator and ag expert, Roger Marshall warns of an impending famine in 2022/23.
-Senator Roger also said, “this famine will be the worst food crisis since WWII.
-Biden has issued a statement of coming food shortages on national TV.
-David Beasley, Exec Director of world food program, has said that 285 million people face
Starvation.
-The New York Post has called the looming food shortage a “slow-moving disaster.”
-UN report says the risk of North Korea starvation for many people is real due to a grim food supply.
-In 2020, The World Food Bank predicted that half a billion people would be pushed into extreme poverty and a “famine of biblical proportions” would be ushered in by the pandemic.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES???

-Pandemic and supply chain issues.
-Chicken and turkey shortages in Asian countries due to a high number of bird flu cases. Have you noticed how hard canned dog food is to come by? This is why.
-Euphrates river is drying up contributing to the issue (go read my post from a few weeks ago regarding this prophecy).
-Ukraine & Russia provide 25% of the world’s wheat and the war has affected crop production.
-40% decrease in Ukranian food production. Ukraine supplies food to 400 million people (more than the population of the U.S.A).
-Russia is the primary exporter of fertilizer in the world. They have banned exports and are making less fertilizer as a result of the war. Less fertilizer = lower crop yields.
-With fertilizer cost up 40% and increased fuel cost, some farmers aren’t farming.
-Hurricane IDA knocked out 2 fertilizer plants that have still not recovered.
-Labor shortages at manufacturing and production plants.
-Shortage of aluminum to make cans for food.
-Parts of Ethiopia have not had rain in 2 years and are already on the brink of famine.

THE EFFECTS ARE STARTING TO BECOME VISIBLE:

-USA has seen 8-10% food cost increase (most in 40 yrs).
-China is hoarding food in anticipation of the coming crisis.
-98% of the population in Afghanistan already don’t have enough food to eat.
-Some European countries have started rationing some food items.
-Since the beginning of the pandemic, the number of people going without food worldwide has more than doubled from 111 million to 296 million.

LAST FEW THOUGHTS…
-While experts say that Americans will most likely feel the lesser effects of the famine, just some increased food cost and shortages; we should still care about others around the globe that will suffer.
-If you are a Christian, you have the assurance of this verse and others, “And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19.

In Matthew 24, Jesus listed famines as ONE of the signs of the end of the age. While we have had famines throughout time, we have never had so many prophesied biblical signs falling into place at the same time. We are living during a fascinating timeline. I’ll let you read Matthew 24 for yourself. 🙂

While studying / researching earthquakes and famines today (2 of my upcoming posts), I stumbled upon a discovery made by scientists in 1981 regarding 2 cracks that extend about 2000 miles across the US. It is believed that these cracks are result of the 1811/1812 New Madrid fault earthquakes.

What I noticed about these cracks (1st pic) is that the image they create is very similar to the totality paths of the 2017/2024 solar eclipses (2nd pic). For more info on the strange phenomenons surrounding those eclipses, go see my post from January. You’ve missed out if you haven’t read it.

I’m not sure what, or if there are any connections between the 2, but it makes me wonder about a few things. Regardless, it’s fascinating and eerie, at the very least. Thought I’d share.

Did you know the Euphrates river is drying up?
Is this fulfilling a Bible Prophecy?

WHAT WE KNOW:
-The Euphrates flows through 3 nations: Turkey, Syria, & Iraq.
-It is one of the most important rivers in Western Asia. Millions depend on it.
-Since 2019 this region has seen a 50-70% decline in normal rainfall.
-There are 3 contributing factors given for why it’s drying up: decline in rainfall, increased irrigation, and additional dams built upstream in Turkey.
-The river is at its lowest in recorded history.
-Some areas the water levels have declined several hundred feet.
-Some areas have seen an 80% decline in their water supply
-⅔ of water stations are pumping less or no water at all.
-Some areas are experiencing food shortages due to little/no irrigation for farming.
-Shortage of water is leading to lack of vegetation and livestock feed, causing livestock deaths.
-Governments are warning that some areas that use hydroelectric could experience a reduction or loss of electricity.
-Iraqi government said that the river will be gone by 2040.
-Iraq is losing a hundred or more square miles of agricultural land a year as a result of the river drying up.

THE BIBLE ON EUPHRATES:
Revelation 16:12 says, “And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.”

-This verse is describing 1 of the 7 vials (some call them “bowls”) of judgments that takes place during the tribulation (the worst and last 7 years of mankind's rule of earth). It is debated as to who the “Kings of the East” are in this scripture, most say China. The war is to be made against Israel and the Euphrates separates China from Israel, so it makes total sense that the drying up of the Euphrates would allow armies from the East to advance westward. Additionally, verses 15 & 16 say that the “East Army” is made up of 200 million men. China and/or India is the only country that can mobilize that many military personnel. Regardless of who the “Kings of the East” are, it really doesn't matter for this particular post. The point is that the Euphrates river is drying up. Could this be leading to the fulfillment of Revelation 16:12 in the near future?

A COUPLE OTHER POINTS OF INTEREST:
-Could this contribute to the coming famine prophesied about in Revelation chapter 6?
-On another note, many individuals (even mainstream media) are warning of food shortages due to a portion of the world’s wheat being grown in Russia & Ukraine (The war has affected their crop production). I find it amazing how many pieces of the prophetic puzzle are coming together.
-Those in Christ have nothing to fear (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
-If you haven’t trusted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, don’t delay it any longer.

A brief post on a different topic, other than my usual end times talk.

Two points of discussion:
1) Will belief in God get you to heaven?
2) Are all religions equally valid and lead to God / salvation? (Pluralism)

Consider this data/info:
-A 2008 Pew research poll showed that ½ of professed American Christians believe that Jesus is NOT the only way to heaven.
-A 2021 Probe Ministries survey polled “born again” American Christians. Results showed that 70% of respondents believed that Jesus is NOT the only way to heaven.
-Some Christian churches now teach that Jesus isn’t the only way to heaven, one such church is First Corinthian Baptist Church in N.Y that has 10,000 members.
-Social media is full of memes about the importance of believing in God. Most of these memes are created in a way that your belief in God is your “ticket” to heaven. You’ve probably seen some of these.

If you find yourself agreeing with either or both of those positions above, but you also say that you believe what the Bible says, then here are a couple thought provoking questions & points to consider….

James in 2:19 said (paraphrasing), “You believe in God? Good. The Demons also believe, and tremble.” James is saying that a belief in God is not enough. We all know demons aren’t going to heaven, yet they believe in God.
If there are multiple ways to heaven, what was the purpose of Jesus’ death? Multiple ways would mean HIS death wasn’t necessary.
Becoming a Christian requires humility, repentance (forgiveness and turning from sin), denying self, and forgiveness of others. If there are multiple ways to heaven, wouldn’t it be best to find out which belief was easier and take that route?
If there are multiple ways to heaven, God would be a cruel person to send Jesus to die on a cross, all for nothing.

It’s mind blowing how many people agree with one or both above positions, even though they contradict the Bible. Famous people quotes:
“I believe that there are many paths to God, or many paths to the light. I certainly don’t believe there is only one way.” – Oprah
“I don’t believe in Christians or Muslims. I think it’s all the same God, and I don’t believe in Hell. But as far as God, of course I believe in God.” – Jay-Z
“To get to heaven, there is more than one route.” – Steve Harvey

Let’s look at a few scriptures:

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6. Jesus did not say, he was “A” way. He said he was “THE” way.

“For there is ONE God, and ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, THE MAN CHRIST JESUS…” 1 Timothy 2:5 (All caps added)

Jesus claimed he was the son of God numerous times. One such occasion was John 10:36. He didn’t say he was just another teacher, or just another prophet. He was God manifested in the flesh. This claim makes him different from ANY other religious leader.

“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not IS CONDEMNED ALREADY because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” John 3:18 (all caps added). Without Jesus = condemnation. There is NO other way.

While belief in God is good. That’s just a starting point. If you are a professing Christian, do you believe what the Bible and Jesus says or not? If you don’t believe the scriptures above, how can you know any of the Bible is valid?

Lastly, Jesus is the only one that solved our sin problem. No other religious leader died for the sins of mankind and rose again. NO ONE. Jesus is the ONLY way and belief in A god or THE God isn’t enough by itself.
