Congrats to E3 Innovate for the recent mention in the Tennessean. If you want help making your home operate more efficiently or want to build a green home, I can't say enough about the level of expertise these guys bring to the table.

Environmentally 'green' homes used to be unusual in Nashville, but now, no matter which neighborhood you live in, the house, condominium or apartment next door might be built to the highest standards of sustainability.

Listening to webinar on the new green Appraisal addendums. Great tool that can go in the MLS, be utlizied by buyers and sellers and agents as well. I think this will give green builders the final boost they need to get their high performance homes sold at a fair price.
