CA congregation located at 299 Haywood Lane in Nashville, Tennessee. Christ Lutheran Church celebrated 50 years of ministry in Nashville in 2011! Christ Lutheran Church encompasses an ethnically and ecumenically diverse community. Christ Lutheran sponsors the Christ Swahili Worshiping Community, a Synodically Authorized Worshiping Community of the ELCA that grew as an outreach ministry of Christ Lutheran Church. Ecumenical mission congregations – San Matais Anglican Church and Nashville Korean Evangelical Church – also house their ministry at Christ. Together we participate in community life, ecumenical worship on special Sundays and festivals, and in serving our neighbors. Come to Christ on Sundays and you will likely encounter people worshiping in Swahili, Spanish, Korean and in English. Weekly, we worship on Sundays at 10am and on Wednesdays - a spoken service of Holy Communion at 12:30pm. Jazz Vespers is offered at 6pm the second Sunday of every month. Come and worship with us!
